I've been reminded lately of how important keeping track of our lives are. So, this is me, catching up the blog and making the commitment to do better with writing it regularly. First up: November in review. Get ready for all kinds of cute baby pics, Fischer and Nana's birthdays and Thanksgiving:)
Isn't he a doll?
I have a picture just like this, except with Vash in the swing, lol. Fischer, unlike Vash, did not regret getting into the swing.
Mr. Bright Eyes
Enjoying the leaves and relatively nice Fall weather.
I love his face.
Peek-a-boo! (He's counting money for the piggy bank.)
*sighs*
This, ladies and gentlemen, is the face of mischief.
Happy baby:)
I love nothing more than baby snuggles.
First Smile
Tummy time
"I'm a cutie and I know it." (To the tune of Sexy and I know it, lol)
One cool dude. Don't you love the Perry hat and pink sunglasses?
Daddy snuggles. (See, I share.)
My boys. (Princess Rhyla sleeps in.)
Yes. Yes, that is a terrible haircut, lol. He's too sweet to care, though.
War Paint.
Walkies. (Note to self: Stop walking to take pictures.)
He's watching me, lol.
My babies. ('Hashtag blessed, you know?" Name that movie!!!)
Such a coy smile.
Master of stuffies.
His hairline started to recede. Craig said he looked like an old man. It was adorable, lol.
New wall coloring space. (Fischer still colors on the actual wall, lol.)
My Little Mama. (She insists that's what I call her.)
That face. (All the heart eyes.)
Craig sent me flowers... just because... Aren't they pretty?
Harriet Potter. (She's too pretty, I swear.)
What big brother or sister does, he does too!
A day at the Chuck, lol. Doesn't he look like such a big boy here?
Tired baby. He's not impressed with The Chuck...
Say Chuck E.!!!
So, my friend totally made chocolate frogs and I had to document that I had one. It was soooooo good.
More baldness, lol. (Don't worry. It grew back.)
So amazed.
Dance practice.
Someone likes spaghetti.
Such a good big brother.
Nana stayed with us for a few weeks, so Rhyla went into the boys' room. Somehow, they all ended up in her bed.
Fischer had a birthday! I made this construction cake for him. It was a Pinterest win.
We celebrated by going to Giggles and Smiles. (And watching the Peanuts movie and doing cake and presents.)
Bouncy, bounce.
Too tucked to party.
Vash swung like a champ.
Racing down the ramps.
Wheeeeeeeee!
Nana wanted to do a little shopping while we were out. Rhyla makes a pretty good Santa, right?
This kid tends to cry whenever the birthday song is sung.
Nana telling Cohan that Mommy doesn't have to hold him 24/7.
Present time.
He kept snuggling the packages, even before they were open.
Who doesn't want a giant elephant stuffy for their birthday?
Stuffy Heaven.
I love tiny baby features.
Nana taught Vash to do needle point.
Fischer was more interested in cars than crafts.
Loving the black and white mobile.
Brothers: I swear Cohan's not screaming in terror.
Hey, I warned you there'd be a ton of these pics.
Coming up on Thanksgiving now. I made a chocolate pecan pie. Now I want more...
My pie helper. We made a banana cream pie too, but I didn't get a picture.
Potato peeler.
Cohan helped by sleeping during meal prep.
Vash is both proud of the turkey and smaller than it.
The feast. I think, we might need a bigger table.
Kids' table.
One sock off and one sock on.
We decorated the tree. (Note how Fischer is wearing Rhyla's boots.)
Set up the Christmas decorations.
Chilling.
My little boys.
Jude the Elf came out for the holidays. Creepy little thing.
Flips.
Yeah, that's right. We had so much fun at Giggles and Smiles that we went back again.
Spin cycle.
Well, hello there.
Happy birthday Nana!
Vash had to try on the fake mustaches we got for Fischer's birthday pictures.
My mom and her neighbor made a cake for Nana's birthday.
I love this little guy.
In honor of Thanksgiving, here are some of the many things I'm grateful for:
A home, a husband with a good job and a desire to do right by our family, the gospel and the plan of salvation, family to love and family that loves and supports us, the opportunity to be a stay-at-home mother and to home school our children, healthy bodies, the opportunities to enroll my children in activities, living in America, and having many friends with common goals and interests.
