Done, Done, Done!

The major event this week was, of course, Craig's graduation. My husband has a degree in Chemical Engineering! YEY!!!!!!! No more homework! No more tests! Here comes the work! Here comes the MONEY! *joke, but only a little*I'm so proud of him for his hard work and determination. I'm also very grateful to the friends and family that supported us throughout this endeavor.

Craig's in the second row, middle somewhere.

The faculty.

They tried to make it kind of fun instead of just solemn, so there were lights, humorous video's describing what it is engineers do, and even LMFAO's shuffling song.

Craig caught one of the big balloons they dropped at the end and gave it to Vash. He loved it, but it didn't make it home because Vash kept trying to stick it Craig's face while he was driving, and obviously that wasn't going to work so.... POP.

The Graduate. Better looking than Hoffman too, I will say.

Somehow this was the only picture we got together. Better than nothing though.

For Craig's graduation gift, I'm sorry to say, I gave him a card. But it was meaningful and had a sweet inside joke that made up for it not being something more expensive. Craig, as always, showed me up and gave me a beautiful (And expensive) pair of quartz earrings. They match the green sapphires in my engagement ring, so I was super excited. (I'm wearing them in the picture, but you probably can't see.)

This journey has been both difficult and rewarding. Trying, but at the same time necessary. We still don't know where we're going to be in a month or two months. We don't have any offers, or set plans, or even a deadline. But I know the Lord has a plan for us. A place where we are needed, where we will succeed, and where we will continue to grow. It's in His hands, and it will work out. In His timing and in His way. I know we will be alright, because we will be together.
"No matter what, no matter where, it's always home, if love is there."

I LOVE YOU CRAIG! Congrats, Snap pea! And I WILL follow you into the dark.
