Easter!

I really meant to write on Sunday night, but for some reason blogspot was acting up and I had to postpone until now. So we had a Happy Easters! Kids were excited that we didn't skip the egg hunt this year.

Rhyla loved her chicken basket and Vash carries his frog basket with him everywhere.

Ecstatic about finding more eggs than Rhyla.

Rhyla was bummed about her eggs falling out every time she bent over.

Because of poor planning on my part, the kids only got bubbles and a book in their baskets. Next year I will definitely have to order some things from Deseret Book so we can have more Christ centered baskets.

Rhyla was more excited about her new Tinkerbell book than she was about her chocolate whopper eggs.

Because the weathers been a bit nicer, I got the kids a small play set for the back yard. Of course Vash had more fun with the box than the actually play set.

Rhyla refused to get out of the swing for a good half hour.

Rhyla asked to dress like Cinderella that day. She even let me put her hair in a bun! Vash is obsessed with the Marvel heroes right now so I'm thinking I might get him a set of action figures for his birthday.

Playing in what I HOPE is the last of the snow this year.

Vash sings his own version of the Hulk theme song now. It goes something like:

My name is hulk,

and I like to smash.

I look suspiciously

Like Mr. Vash.

Rhyla loves to be tickled and announces that she's laughing. She's also getting very into necklaces and hair bows.

I just love this picture. They're spinning but I managed to keep them in focus. 

Anyhow, hope everyone had a happy Easter and managed to avoid April Fool's Day.
